Also, I checked out Neocities. I can 100% make a website with this. It's very intuitive. I know you're wanting the general design to be like the layout, but do you have any further ideas on how you want it to look/all of the things you made need it for? Much like the layouts, I can whip up a mock-up for you based on the look you're wanting and we can go from there.
